Personal Chef Kathleen Brown has been a resident of Arizona since 1960. Cooking since age 12 for her family of six, she grew up in the restaurant and catering industry and has acquired over 20 years of experience in all aspects of food service from cooking for two to catering for 200. She has been the owner of DiLemme's Italian Catering, Ravioli maker for the famous Pink Pony Steak House Restaurant.
Chef Kathleen finds great passion in planning, shopping and cooking delicious custom meals in your kitchen for you and your loved ones.
She is also a member of the American Personal & Private Chef Association and a Certified Kitchen Manager with the Maricopa County Health Department. She is certified in Alcohol Awareness Training with the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control and the National Restaurant Association/Serve Safe Program for 15 Years
